It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Mom passed peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side and is now at rest in the arms of her beloved John who predeceased her in 1999. She is survived by her children Lynne (Gord) Sharrock, Rob (Eleanor), and Susan (Dave) Doherty. Grandchildren Tracy, Angela, Brad (Lauren), Steven (Veronique) , Robert, Jennifer, and Taylor. Mom was a very special person who touched the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and her memories will be cherished forever. Our family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the NRGH palliative care unit, especially Carol, Angela, and Anabelle, for the love, compassion, and respect given to Mom during her last days.
