Olaf Torleiv Nordstrom, 86, of Nanaimo, B.C., passed away on September 13, 2016, in NRGH Palliative Care.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016, at Brechin United Church, 1998 Estevan Road, Rev. Sally Bullas officiating with Pastor Terry Richardson of Hope Lutheran church.
Ole leaves his loving wife Mary Lou, and his children, Lance, Wendy (Jack), Coralee (Grant), and Eric (Donna), and many nieces and nephews. Grandchilden: James Oke,
Edmonton, AB, Lauren Walton (Luke), Nelson, NZ, and Alex Larente (Megan), Vancouver.
Memorials may go to NRGH Palliative Care unit and Nanaimo Community Hospice.
