It's with profound sadness we must announce the passing of Norma Caroline Crimp (nee Walter) on March 15th, 2022.
Norma was born on a small farm in Dundurn district Saskatchewan on June 5th, 1925. There she learned a deep kindness that would increase through her entire life, a love of Christ and the piano. She was a gifted musician. Norma became a teacher and taught for nine years before moving to B.C.
Norma taught grade three and four locally at public schools. She also taught music and played in church and for various singing groups in Nanaimo.
Pre deceased by her husband Howard of fifty-five years. She is survived by her son Edward Crimp, (Leslie), granddaughter Summer Cumberland (Jamie) and great granddaughters Mackenzie and Brooklyn, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
A devout follower of Christ she attended services in His honor wherever she happened to live. A service of remembrance and worship was held at The Alliance Church in Nanaimo.
