In loving memory ~
We are sad to announce Neal's passing. He will be remembered for his love of racing his sailboat and cruising around the coast of BC as well as his amazing contribution in the recovery movement in North America which impacted countless lives.
Neal will be missed by his loving partner, Heather Hale; step children Alannah Wright (Brad), Griffin Wright (Lisa); his sister Jean Welch and several nieces and nephews in Omaha and Boston.
A service to remember Neal will be held at the Coast Bastion Hotel in Nanaimo, BC on November 6 at 2:00 pm.
