Mary Iris Gordon
April 1, 1920 - January 6, 2010
An extraordinary woman passed away peacefully on January 6, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Mary Iris Gordon was born April 1, 1920 in Vermillion, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband, Sargeant William Robert (Bob) Gordon in 1976. Mary is survived and will be dearly missed by her son Frank (Glenda), and daughters Glenna and Lynne Halaliku (Peni), as well as grandsons WR (Rob), David and Kiko. Mary’s extended family and family of the heart in Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Utah, Calgary, Shawnigan Lake and Nanaimo will also miss her dearly.
Celebration of Life to be held in the spring. Donations, if so desired, to the Salvation Army, or the BC Children’s Hospital in Mary’s name.
