Martha BODEN
April 14, 1938 – August 29, 2015
After an extremely brave battle with cancer, Martha passed away at NRGH at 4:15 a.m. on August 29th. Her loving and much loved husband of 39 years, Colin, was by her side, and now misses her terribly. Also grieving are Martha's brother Ed, niece Kathy, nephew Brian (Wendy), and stepson David (Gabriella), along with great nieces Tanya and Katrina, great nephews Richard and David, and grandchildren Katherine and Dale. Particular delights for Martha were her great great nephew Auron, and her great grandchildren Riley and Cash.
After a sister-like relationship for 60 years, Martha will be greatly missed by her special friend Noella (John) who is very much saddened at this trying time. Thanks go to both, for their continuing support.
Relatives and friends in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and England were also saddened to hear the news. Martha's positive outlook throughout her illness was an inspiration to all who came into contact with her.
Many thanks go the Angels on floor three for the wonderful respect and kindness shown to Martha, Colin and family. At Martha's request there will be no service. A private afternoon tea will be held at a later time.
