Marie Bowick
Marie passed away of Dec. 9, 2016 with family at her side. She was born in 1932 in Manitoba and moved to Nanaimo in her early teens.
She is predeceased by her son Tony and her partner Syd. Marie enjoyed a 35 year nursing career at NRGH, as well as many years spent volunteering her time at Kiwanis Lodge and Bowen Park Seniors.
She remained active until her illness, enjoying gardening, exercise classes and mostly time spent with her family and friends. Respecting her wishes there will be no service.
