It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Margaret, quietly in her sleep at home at the age of 89. She was born and raised in Nanaimo. Predeceased by her husband, Wilford (Red) White, later by her second husband, Larry Prestwood.
Margaret is survived by her loving sister Gene Paulson: daughter, Diana MacLeod (Mike); grandsons: Gord (Shelley), Darcy (Donna), Troy (Linda), Randy (Crystal) and Ken; great grandchildren: Devon, Dionne, Brittany, Jenna, Evan and Robert.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends and according to her wishes, there is no service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Nanaimo Kidney Foundation or the Nanaimo SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
