It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lorna Mitchell announce her passing on July 25, 2017. Lorna was born in Prince Rupert, British Columbia on April 2, 1943. She is predeceased by her Mother June, Father Arthur, and her Brother Keith. Lorna is survived by her loving husband Jim, her brother Gerry (Claudia), sister Sharon (Joe), and her daughter’s Tammy, Sherry (Bob), and Cori; her son’s Jason (Rhonda) and Lee (Lisa); grandchildren Tyler, Cody (Kim), Cole (Katie), and Jazmin, as well as great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers or gifts please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Rotary Field House at 850 Third Street, Nanaimo, British Columbia @ 3pm on August 26, 2017.
