BELANGER - Lionel Joseph (Leo), born December 31, 1912 in St. Gabriel, Rimouski, Quebec, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2002 at NRGH. He is predeceased by his daughter, Anne in 1980 and his common-law wife, Dell in 1988. Leo is survived by his loving family; sons, Albert and Ray (Cheryl); daughter, Lyn (Darrell), former wife, Louise, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Leo is also survived by a large family of relatives in Quebec. No service by request.
