It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Linda Alice Kocot, beloved sister, aunt, great aunt, cousin and wonderful friend.
Linda passed away peacefully after battling cancer in the early evening of March 3, 2019 at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
She is survived by her loving brother, Michael Kocot; cherished nieces, Erin Hayden (Cory) and Gwen Kocot; great niece, Carissa Hayden and great nephew, Gregorey Hayden; Uncle John Mead (Donna) as well as extended family and friends. She will also be greatly missed by all of the wonderful friends and neighbors she had at the Crest Estates II Retirement Community where she lived in Nanaimo.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The BC Cancer Agency would be appreciated by the family.
A celebration of life for Linda will be held at a later date in Nanaimo.
