It is with profound shock, and sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Lillian, on June 1 2017.
Mom was predeceased by her siblings, brother Melvin, her sisters Better, Marjorie, and brother Bud.
She truly was the matriarch for the family, peacemaker, giver and comforter, in a word the “perfect” mother, to our family.
She will be forever missed by her Children; Tracy (Bill), Bradley and Michael (Wendy).
Her grand Children, Jennifer, Adam, Candice, Amanda and Jesse. And Great Grandchildren Karis, Liam, Lauren, and Emma, Who she so lovingly adored. Also numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to acknowledge Ruth Elgie, for being such a dear friend to Mom. Thank you Ruth.
We would also like to thank the Staff at Eden gardens, for the wonderful care Mom received while there, and also a heartfelt thank you to the Staff at Sands Funeral Chapel, your care and compassion is truly appreciated.
A service for Mom will be held June 11th at
Sands Funeral Chapel Nanaimo at 12noon.

Smile because you knew her.”
