Predeceased by his parents John and Hazel Carin and lovingly survived by his three children, daughter Linda (Marcel) Lambert, grandchildren Dana and Kevin, son Steven (Shelley), grandchildren Elizabeth, John and Louise, son Paul (Tina), and grandson Troy. He worked throughout the industrial industry, and moved to Vancouver Isand in 1974 where he worked as a millwright at the Ladysmith Sawmill since July 1976. He was planning his retirement in August 2005 at age 65. He had dreams and goals of travel and upgrading his farm. He will be sadly missed by family and friends, coworkers, and the gang at the Cassidy Inn. A celebration of Les' life will be held at the Eagles Hall in Ladysmith, BC on Sunday, May 15th, 2005 at 1:00 pm.
