Beloved Mother, Leona Spineto, 87 years, passed away peacefully at Holmberg House hospice in Abbotsford, BC on March 5, 2019.
She was born in Noranda, Quebec and moved to Nanaimo when she was 13 years old. She resided in the Ladysmith-Nanaimo area until 2009 when she moved to the lower mainland to be with her daughters and grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 2016. She is survived by her daughters Laura Neid (Greg), Ann Schwartz (Steven), Nancy (Fraser).
Grandchildren Chantelle, Justin, Jen (Mark), Sean, Scott and 2 Great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 2 pm in Menno Place Chapel, Abbotsford.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
