Keating Anthony Stewart Gudgeon passed away at home in Victoria on 3 October 2016.
Keating was predeceased by his mother, Barbara June Stewart, in 2011. Survived by his father, Chris Gudgeon, Victoria; his brothers Tavish Gudgeon and Charlie Gudgeon both of Toronto and his foster brother, Tony Nelson, Victoria.
A gifted writer and promising poet, Keating leaves his fiance, Susie, and his little pug named Stella. Keating has extended family from Cape Breton Island to Vancouver Island and is the cherished and loving grandson of Corrine Stewart, Nanaimo.
Burial took place in Victoria, next to his Mom. ‘S ged a bhiodh mo chridhe trom... And should my heart be heavy.
