Smith, Karen Elizabeth passed away peacefully in Nanaimo Hospital on December 1st, 2002. She is survived by her mother, father and brother. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1720 Bowen Road (off Townsite) Nanaimo, BC on Friday, December 6th, 2002 at 2:00 p.m.
