It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Justin. Kind, thoughtful, liked by everyone, incredibly smart and talented. Predeceased by his brother, Ryan Strangway and his grandparents, Elfrieda and Archie Brown and Magna and Axel Modine. Left to mourn are his families: Janice and Doug Strangway, Dan Modine (Sharina, Nick, Cody, Autumn and Brynn), Alanna Strangway (Paul); Carl and Jo Modine, Victoria Modine...extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held in the spring. We know we will meet you in the light, Justin.
