Nicholson, Joseph Kevin
February 7, 1949 – May 7, 2011
To experience every moment is to live life to it’s fullest.
After a short but gutsy battle with cancer, Kevin passed away at home May 7, 2011. He will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and wife Judy, his children Beth (Ken) and Joe (Michelle), his Mother, his brothers Jim (Pat), Ed and Paul, his niece and nephews and countless friends that were happy to have known him.
Those that knew Kevin, respected him, loved him and were always happy to see him. He was always there to help, whether it was to give a hand or an open ear. He lived life to the fullest, Mr. Gusto, and always did things his way. He was an adoring husband, father, son and brother. Words can not express what Kevin meant to his family.
Kevin spent 35 years at the Crofton Pulp and Paper Mill perfecting his trade as a Pipefitter and all around handy man. He loved rebuilding classic cars, riding his motorcycle, and spending time outdoors enjoying all that the Island had to offer.
Our sincere thanks to Dr. Neil Rogers for his care and compassion.
There will be no service by request. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society.
