JoLaine Louise Waffle
March 14, 1965 ~ February 4, 2013
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of JoLaine Waffle, a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, auntie and wife. She is survived by her husband, Mike Zimmer; sons, Braedan and Steven Zimmer; father, Homer Waffle; mother, Joanne Waffle; mother & father-in-law, Larry & Jill Zimmer; stepmother, Nancy Tibbles; brothers, Brady Waffle (Jamie, Bryston, Erin) and Steve Waffle.
JoLaine had a beautiful smile that could light up any room, a magnetic personality and a huge heart. She was loved and adored by all of us and will be forever missed.
We want to thank everyone for their support over the past year. We can’t thank you enough for your gifts, prayers, well wishes and donations of blood. We also express our sincere appreciation to the excellent caregivers at VGH, NRGH and Palliative Care.
A Memorial Service, for JoLaine, will take place at First Baptist Church, 1650 Waddington Rd, Friday, February 22, 2013 at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian
Cancer Society would be appreciated.
