FEDORAK, JOHN

“PONCHO”

It is with much sadness we share the passing of John (better known as PONCHO) Fedorak, on June 15, 2016, at the age of 85. Poncho will be greatly missed by his loving daughter Terri (Bill) Harrison, granddaughter Jennifer (Tim), and great granddaughters Ryla and Ashlyn Horton. Sadly predeceased by son Robert “Big Bob” , wives Jean (Gibson), Wilma (Park), companion Judy Sam and brother Roy Fedorak.

Poncho was born in Hardeville, Alberta on January 16, 1931 to Olga and Kostak Fedorak. He moved to Nanaimo in 1962 from Lethbridge, Alberta where he drove truck for the Royal Mail. He continued to work for CP Transport for 42 years. Poncho loved driving truck and he always said if he had to do it again, he would. Poncho loved his friends and spent many fun hours with them at the Queens Hotel and at his home. (A one, a Two, a doddley, doddley, doo). He loved the Blue Jays, word books, and National Geographic. He loved that he lived independently until his passing. He will be so missed. Love you, Dad.

We would like to invite his friends to join us for
