Poulsen, John Louis Peter
born August 3, 1930 died peacefully on January 12, 2005 with family by his side. Predeceased by his son Derek Poulsen. John is survived by his loving wife Sheila; grandsons Allen and Soren Poulsen; granddaughter Svea Poulsen (Chris); nieces Susan Rivers, Allison (Mike) Walters; nephews Ross Rivers (Chris), Paul Larsen, Gregg (Darlene) Larsen, David Larsen, Svend (Xenia) Poulsen of Denmark; cousins Robert (Solveig) Petersen of Denmark, Tonny Petersen, Preben Johansen of Denmark, Torwi Andersen of Denmark and niece Annetta Nielsen. At his request there will be no service. Cremation and a private family gathering at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John’s memory to the Vancouver Island Cancer Centre, 2410 Lee Avenue, Victoria, BC V8R 6V5 or a charity of your choice.
