TOFT, Jean
On Dec. 4, 2008 Jean Toft left us to join her old friends. Born Jean Brown McDonald, Jan. 4, 1931 in Chemainus, BC. She was a strong woman who touched many lives over the years. She led an eventful life that she lived one day at a time.
Jean leaves behind her brothers James McDonald and William McDonald, Jean's two daughters Wendy Perrin and Georgene Perrin, as well as her two sons Daryl McDonald and Blaine Perrin who will sadly miss seeing their mom sitting at the kitchen window. She leaves behind 8 grandchildren: Jeramie Tobin, Kandi McDonald, Dail McDonald, Gavin Perrin, Tara Perrin, Desiree Pombert, Trever McKenzie, and Ashlee Heasman. Jean also has 10 great-grandchildren: Sevanah Bow, Trenton Pombert, Lily Ritchie, Khorus Tobin, Marcus Nguyen, Kaeden Perrin, Madysen Perrin, Allen McDonald, Makaila McDonald, Hailey McDonald, and her beloved companion dog Sally.
At her request there will be no funeral service. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate mom's life is being planned for a later date
