Jean Dorothy Pickett
(nee Grant)
Born June 7, 1919 in Kent, England, passed away peacefully in Nanaimo Hospital on April 7, 2014.
She was predeceased by her husband Sidney in 1998. She leaves behind her son and two daughters Campbell (Faye), Dawn (Cliff) and Barbara (Paul), 6 grandchildren Shawn, Kim, Marianne, Keith, Scott and Daniel, 5 great-grandchildren Kyle, Brandon, Alysse, Cameron and Kamryn. She also leaves behind her sister Rose in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. She was a member of the United Church and also Eastern Star for many years.
The memorial service will be held at Brechin United Church on Thursday, April 24th at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the church hall.
