Janette passed away peacefully at her home on July 13, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her husband Walter Stanevicius; daughter Tiffany Smith, son-in-law Darren Smith and grandchildren Ryland, Walker and Kyler.
Janette was born in Glasgow, Scotland and immigrated to Canada in the 1960’s. Janette married Walter in Edmonton, AB on Dec 16, 1967 and they were blissfully married for 48 years.
Janette was a dedicated and loving mother and homemaker. She loved her family and enjoyed being a grandmother to three busy boys.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
