A Celebration of Jaclyn's Life will be held on February 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, 1630 East Wellington Rd., Nanaimo, B.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nanaimo SPCA or the Nanaimo Hospice Society, Palliative Care Unit in her memory.
