Irene Jessie Kulai
With heavy hearts we regret to inform that Irene Jessie Kulai has passed peacefully in Nanaimo on March 4, 2015 at the age of 77. She was survived by her husband of 59 years, Norman; Son Doug (Pascale) and Daughter Leslie (Mike); Grandchildren Jordan (Justin), Mandy (Jeff), Ryan and Dylan and other close family members.
Irene was born on August 13, 1937 in Victoria, BC. She was a hairdresser for many years, as well as part owner of a florist shop. She put that all aside to be a stay at home mom for many years, returning later to part time work to fill in her spare time.
She enjoyed time with Family and Friends, boating, gardening and the arts.
There will be no services as requested. The family would like to thank the ladies of cottage 3 at Wexford Creek Manor for their wonderful care of Irene, she loved you all.
