In Loving Memory ~
Ina passed away August 18, 2022, from complications of a stroke that occurred shortly after receiving her fourth covid vaccine. She suffered greatly in her final weeks of life, more than her sons Lee and Philip, and daughters-in-law Feng and Dawn, ever wanted for her.
Maybe now she is with her predeceased husband, Jimmy, who passed away August 7, 2019, and who was holding her hand tightly in spirit the night before she died. Warmest thanks are sent to the understaffed nurses on the 4th floor at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, who lacked the resources to provide little more than comfort care. Ina passed away at her new home she shared with her son, Lee.
