It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Hazel, beloved mother and wife.
Hazel leaves behind to mourn, her husband of 61 years, Peter; children: Wayne (Sandra), Sherry, Dale, Lynnette (Rod), Diana (Richard); five grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Hazel was a loving, hardworking woman who touched many lives. She worked as a housekeeper at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital until her retirement. Hazel was also a tireless, active volunteer with her church, where she led many activities.
Thanks to the staff at Travellers Lodge for their loving and compassionate care of Hazel.

A Celebration of Hazel’s Life will take place at Nanaimo Full Gospel Assembly, 4900 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, on Saturday, October 26th at 2:00 pm.
The family takes comfort in knowing that Hazel is now with her Lord and Saviour.
