UTGAREN, Harold
Born on a farm in Beechy, Sask. on January 1st, 1936, Harold fought a brave battle with cancer and passed away March 3rd, 2008, at NRGH. He was the fifth child of Sven and Thelma Utgaren and was predeceased by his parents, a bother, sister and his son, Terry. He was a man of varied interests and experience; farming for the first years of his adult life, an appraiser with the provincial government for several years and then being self employed building houses, a backhoe business and security company. His fun-loving nature, his witty remarks and camaraderie will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving family: wife, Helen, daughters Valerie (Gord) and Gwen; sisters Aileen (Norm), June and brother Arnold (Ginny). A celebration of Harold's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, because he loved nature and animals, donations to the SPCA or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
