STEWART, Gordon George Hugh
Passed away in NRGH Palliative Care June 20, 2005, Born November 9, 1931. Predeceased by parents John & Mae, two brothers, Tom and Wesley, Grandson Gordon, Nephew Norman, Survived by wife Peggy, brothers Jack (Laverne), Donald (Lillian), son Tom (Evelyn), daughters Marguerette (Jim), Arlene (Albert). Seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many close friends. An avid hunter and fisherman, Gordon also loved sports of all kinds. Gordon spent his life in Nanaimo and enjoyed both old and new history. Dearly loved and respected Gordon will be missed by all. No service or flowers by request. A celebration of life to be held July 2, 2pm, 4240 Hammond Bay Road. The familys gratitude to all the nurses for the special loving care shown to Gordon during his time in hospital.
