Glen Scyrup

June 20, 1940 – October 31, 2016

Glen was born June 20, 1940. He passed away peacefully at his residence of Wexford Creek. He was born in Wynyard, SK and moved with this family to Youbou as a teenager. He worked in several sawmills including Youbou and Chemainus, later at Nanaimo Foundry and finally self-employed in several ventures. He lived most his adulthood in the Diamond area of Ladysmith. Predeceased by his parents, Bert and Thorne and his wife Fay.  Survived by his children Kevin (Cherie), Bob (Rya), Heather (Dave), granddaughter Brie (Chris) great-grandchildren Mason and Ariana, sisters Emella, Arlene, Paulette, brother Paul, many nieces and nephews and his long-time friend Lillian.
