Gene Coté peacefully, passed away surrounded by his family and friends, after a lengthy illness
Gene is survived by his wife Edna, children Michele and Barry Dutnall, Mike and Jen Coté, Melanie and Douglas Greff and Melinda and Steve Broughton. Step sons, Bradley and Linda Harris and Darin Harris. Thirteen Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Sisters Teresa Ayotte, Pierette Perreault, and Brother Denis and Germaine Coté. He will be greatly missed by all.
Gene worked in the logging industry all his life and was log barge loader on Vancouver Island and the Queen Charlotte Islands.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Service at Sands Funeral Chapel October 25, 2014 at 1pm.
