Born - August 27, 1927 in Nanaimo B.C. Passed Away at Nanaimo Hospital November 5, 2018. Survived By wife - Pat who had the privilege of sharing the last 34 years of his life. Children - Fred (Tammy), Jim (Tori), Ken (Marilyn) and daughter Anne Vermette (Norm) and stepchildren Belinda, Margaret and Russell. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly, missed by his canine friends, Max & Cocoa.
Jim spent several years in Port Alberni working for Raynor & Bracht. Then started his own business, Jones Power Saw. He moved to Nanaimo and worked for VMAC until he retired at age 86.
Memorial will be held on November 17 at 3 pm Location will be Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 6011 Doumont Rd. Nanaimo
