Better known as "The Hot Dog Man" passed away peacefully at NRGH with his wife Joni at his side on January 5th, 2018.
Frank is survived by his wife Joni. sisters Carol & Donna, sons Patrick & Michelle, David & Carol. and Ian & Lisa, step daughters Debbie & Penny Raines, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Frank loved and enjoyed his family and many great friends over the years.
He was always there to brighten the lives of others. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
No service by request. In lieu of flowers a small donation to the Vancouver Island Children's Health Centre in Victoria where Frank spent several years in his early life would be appreciated by the family.
