Eileen passed away peacefully Friday, December 15, 2017 at Saanich Peninsula Care Facility in her 100th year.
Eileen is predeceased by her late husband John Graham "Jackie" Patterson.
Eileen is survived by her son William, two sister in laws; Lorna Smith, Scarlette Smith and many nieces and nephews.
