Edythe Bernice Vallance (neé Murray) formerly of Montreal, Quebec, and a teacher by profession, born on July 16, 1910, beloved wife of the late Hugh James Vallance also of Montreal, Quebec, passed away in Nanaimo, BC on February 21, 2011. Survived by daughters Pamela Margaret White (Ross) of Nanaimo, BC and Gail Vallance Barrington (Bruce) of Calgary, Alberta; grandmother of James Jeffrey White (Anne) of Abbotsford, BC, Marcia Margaret Green (Robert) of Courtney, BC, and Randall Ross White (Tracy) of Nanaimo, BC and Wilford Hugh Barrington of Toronto, Ontario; great-grandmother to Megan, Zachary, Austin, Thomas and Rebecca. She will be greatly missed by all.
