We are very saddened to announce the passing of Darlene Carson on August 3, 2021. She passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Ted of 57 years, her son Tyler (Elizabeth), her daughter Teresa (Aaron), grandchildren Bryce, Darcy, Kyle and Ryan.
She is predeceased by her parents Art and Hazel Eardley and brother Tom.
Darlene was born March 25, 1945 in Victoria, BC where she grew up. Once married to dad they moved to Nanaimo to start their business and raise their family. Darlene was a devoted wife/mother and inspiration to everyone in her family. She was a very hard worker and enjoyed gardening and decorating her houses. She really enjoyed her trips up to Rathtrevor Beach and to Hawaii, especially with her family. Darlene was also a member of the Nanaimo Probus Club and was a Nanaimo Gyrette.
