Darlene Borman
October 15, 1951 - September 23, 2017
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our beloved Wife, Mom & Grandma on September 23, 2017 in the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
Darlene was born October 15, 1951 in Surrey, and moved to Nanaimo in June 1996.
She is predeceased by her parents Jim and Ella Slee.
She was a loving wife to Wayne Borman of 33 years, mother to her children Russell (Devyn) and Sarah (Shayne), a proud grandma to Carter, a Sister to Lani O'Dwyer (Ron), Sister-in-law to Marilyn Carlin and many nieces and nephews, and their families.
She loved her family & friends, and would do anything for them.
They were always welcome at her table no matter what time of year.
She will be forever in our hearts.
Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made in memory of Darlene to the Diabetic Society.
