With great sadness the family of Dan announce the last lap of his life was ended suddenly.
He lived his life to the fullest. Challenges he met head on; some he won, others he lost. He never gave them a second thought. As Dan takes the great ride into the Lord’s hands he leaves behind his partner, Tracy; parents: Dan & Carmaine; sister Trish (Dave) and their children: Steve (Kristie), Tony (Maggie), Andy, Mike and Bobbi Lee; brother, Bill (Liana) and their children: Wesley, Curtis; brother Bob (Shelly) and their children: Nicole and Josh; mother-in-law, Lee; brother-in-law, Erin; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Dan’s love for the unknown, racing motorcycles and the #44 was known to all. He could make you laugh and cry at the same time.
We’ll miss you son, bro and friend.
Service will be at First Memorial, 1720 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, 2p.m., February 12, 2011.
