Predeceased by her parents Ronald (Ron) Hay and Leona Hay (nee Aitken), and brother William (Bill) Hay; Constance is survived by her husband Raymond Hansey, son John and daughter Donna.
A Celebration of Constance's Life will be held at the Navy League of Canada (Sea Cadets), JP Bell Building, 750 Fifth Ave., Nanaimo, BC on July 13, 2019 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Constance's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
