AINEY, CODY JAMES
September 26, 1984 - December 15, 2008
Cody James Ainey of Nanaimo, BC died suddenly on Monday December 15, 2008.
Born in Nanaimo on September 26, 1984, Cody played minor hockey and had a passion for working on his cars and 4-wheel drive trucks. He loved his vehicles and took pride in having the “biggest truck in BC.”
Cody went on to become an active member of the family business and took pride in his part ensuring PACTOW was a success. Cody was a great friend to many and influenced others through his facebook site and various car and truck blogs providing his knowledge and expertise to many throughout Canada and the US.
Cody is survived by his daughter Alexis, dad Ron and step-mom Jackie; mom Shirley (Wayne); his brother Brandon, sister Adina (Les) and step brothers Farrell and Jasper; grandmothers Pat, Pauline and Lilly.
A celebration of Cody’s life will be held at 1:00 December 28, 2008 at the Cavallotti Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a trust fund established for Cody’s two-year-old daughter, Alexis Kevlicius through any Coastal Community Credit Union.
