Passed away peacefully with her daughter at her side. Cicely was predeceased by loving hubby, Roland. She is survived by her loving family, daughters, Lorna, Dawn (Brian), Joy (Owen), foster son Alex (Adaline), 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many friends.
