Born April 9, 1948, in Lon-don, England, died October 20, 2008 in Nanaimo, BC.
Chris is survived by his loving wife Yvonne and children: Chris, Paul, Paulette, Shaun and Roxan. Chris is predeceased by his son David and father Fred Urry. Also survived by siblings, Paula, Lee and Jackie and his 9 grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed by his family, many friends, and his fishing buddy. He was a jolly good fellow and so say all of us.
The family extends their deep gratitude to the wonderful staff of NRGH ICU unit. Special thanks to Dr. Andrew Baird for his care and compassion over the many years.
A celebration of Chris’ life will be held at Tigh-Na-Mara Resort in Parksville at 1 p.m. Saturday, October, 25, 2008.
