Charles “Bud” Holloway

May 11, 1931 – July 1, 2019
Charles Holloway (AKA Bud) passed away, peacefully, in his Nanaimo home earlier this month at 88 years of age. Pre-deceased by his parents Robert Sr. (Bob) and Edith Holloway, sister, Bertha and Wife Barbara Diane (nee Maitz). Survived by his Daughter Lori, Son Paul, Brothers Robert Jr. (Bob), Jim and Ernie, Sister Doreen and many Nephews and Nieces.
Bud was a retired truck driver who spent many years providing logistics service on Vancouver Island, having retired with 37 years of service working for Brewers Distributors. He was known for his dedication and hard work in all that he did. He was a loving and caring person, always there for his family and friends, and will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him. Born on the West Coast he was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed many activities including fishing, water skiing, hunting, camping and golfing.
No celebration of life will be held at his request.
