Cecillia Foster
Cecillia was born May 7, 1940 and passed October 29, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her brother, James Parisien (Regina, Sask); her sister, Bernice Peltier (Nanaimo, BC); her daughter, Raeanne F. Foster; her granddaughter, Harmony Foster; and her great grandchildren: Tamika, Fabian, Riley and Neviah, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She will always be remembered and missed in each and every one of our hearts.
