Cecil beloved husband, father and grandfather passed peacefully on February 5, 2012 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife Viola of 52 years, daughter Wendy and grandchildren James & Stephanie. He will also be sadly missed by his 8 siblings and their families.
We would like to extend a special thank you to all who contributed to his special care.
A celebration of life will be held in Manitoba at a later date.
