Brenda Rositano

On Friday, September 27, 2019, we lost a beautiful and bright soul. Known for her incredible smile and infectious laugh, Brenda Rositano was a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and beloved friend.
In her final days, she was surrounded by loved ones who spoke fondly of her confidence, her joy, and her amazing accomplishments.
You knew that she loved you when she told you what you needed to hear, even if (and often when) you didn't want to listen.
Brenda's dedication to her family and her work are hallmarks of her fierce passion for life. Her love for her children filled her heart with pride and her generosity knew no bounds when it came to family - whether you were related or not.
When you wear red, think of her and be as brazen as she was.
Brenda is predeceased by her father Bob. She is survived by her husband Bruno, and their three beautiful children: Bobby, Polita (Adam and baby Rosman), and Emily (Chris); along with her mother Berniece/Perky (Bill), her brother Byron (Alicia), and her godmother Esther. Brenda has a large and wonderful family - too many to list - but she will be remembered fondly by many siblings-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends (all whom were considered family).
A celebration of life will be Saturday, March 14th from 11:00 am - 2 pm at the Nanaimo Golf Club, 2800 Highland Blvd.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation in Brenda's honour. Her dedication and accomplishments over the past 20 years working and fundraising for the foundation are a legacy that we would like to continue to contribute to.
