Val and Ethel met and married in Vancouver, BC in September 1944. They enjoyed 67 years of dancing, fishing, cooking, canning and most of all, time with family and friends. They were members of their faith for over 40 years. They will be remembered with great affection by all who knew them.
Nanny & Papa are predeceased by a great-grandson and survived by their daughter, Betty (Robert) Castell; granddaughters: Debbie (Donald) Brown, Linda (Eric) Smith, Kim (Robert) Mitchell; 6 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and extended family.
Val and Ethel leave behind a legacy of true love. “Always Together”
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
