Barbara Hedberg
Barbara passed away suddenly May 26, 2012 at the age of 67. She was born in Nanaimo and enjoyed many summers boating on the west coast. Barbara could often be found reading her book, sometimes the same book twice. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and many long telephone conversations laughing with her sister and her girlfriends.
Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Alan; father, William Riddell; and daughter, Gina Faganello. Left to celebrate her life are many good friends and her family: mother, Vera Riddell; sister, Lesley Sheppard; daughter, Lisa Carter (Gregg); grandsons, Dayton and Dawson; granddaughter, Jodi Faganello (Jori Welsh); son, Rick Faganello (Julie); grandchildren: Cara, Jordon, Leah, Amy and Ryan
A celebration of Barb’s life will be announced at a later date.
