Born July 22, 1936, passed away Nov. 7,2005 after a long battle with cancer. A native of London, Ont., Barb graduated with honors from St. Joseph School of Nursing in London. Barb devoted her life to contributing her skills to caring for people in London, Regina and, for 27 years, here in Nanaimo. She earned a special place in the hearts of the staff and many patients at the Caledonian Medical Clinic. First always was her devotion to her family; her loving husband Ken, daughter Dana (Ian) Minter of Sydney, Australia, son Don (Karen), granddaughters Nicole and Alex of Vancouver, brother David Rodgers of London, Ont., sister Dana Rodgers of Fergus, Ont.
